What information does HUA-X need to configure a BESS?
Share the application, interval load or generation data, operating objective, target kW and kWh if known, site conditions, electrical interface, destination and schedule. If the rating is unknown, HUA-X can begin with the load profile and project objective.
Does HUA-X supply PCS, EMS, transformer and switchgear?
The responsibility boundary is configured by project. Each proposal identifies the battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, transformer, switchgear, protection, communications, fire system, commissioning and customer or EPC interfaces.
Which HUA-X systems use liquid cooling?
The PowerFac-261, PowerFac-418, PowerFac-522 and PowerFac-5M families are presented as liquid-cooled energy storage platforms. Final cooling, duty, ambient and service requirements are confirmed for the quoted configuration.
Can HUA-X support ODM and OEM battery programs?
Yes. HUA-X supports project review for battery configuration, enclosure, BMS, branding, documentation, packaging and system-integration requirements. The group introduction states experience serving more than 150 ODM and OEM brand programs.
How are certificates and test reports supplied?
Certificate and report availability varies by product model and destination. Request the applicable documentation package with the certificate holder, model reference, standard, revision, issuing body and validity information before procurement.
How quickly will HUA-X respond to a project inquiry?
The overseas sales team targets a response within 12 hours. A useful first message includes the application, target capacity, destination, expected quantity and required delivery schedule.
